--Herbie Brennan, author of Martian Genesis and The Atlantis Enigma
"Tonnies drops all predetermined opinions about Mars, and asks us to do the same."
--Greg Bishop, author of Project Beta
"I highly recommend the book for anyone interested in the search for extra-terrestrial artifacts, and the political intrigues that invariably accompany it."
--David Jinks, author of The Monkey and the Tetrahredron
"Mac Tonnies goes where NASA fears to tread and he goes first class."
--Peter Gersten, former Director of Citizens Against UFO Secrecy

WWJD bracelet? Huh? Oh, that's right; I'm out of the socially cool loop. Thank God.
Some other web site thought this ... thing might be more popular were it an Ankh. Search me. But, I suppose it would be, uhh ... cool, right? ;-}
As for the Japanese lady in the Absolut ad, she apparently cannot decide if she wishes to dress as a Geisha, Neo-Punk (is there such?), or school girl. Myself, I think she'd make a burlap sack look good, but then I'm a bachelor .... ;-) But, frankly, I feel lanyards are best used to retain one's revolver ....
Note: "WWJD?" = "What Would Jesus Do?"
Quite the craze among many Christians a few years ago.
Jesus wouldn't work for a large corporation (probably not even a small one either) and would likely get himself arrested for protesting the system just like the first time around.
