But there's no disputin'
Vladimir Putin.
At least not on this issue. The U.S. has a bigger defense budget than the rest of of the world combined -- and not just bigger but a LOT bigger. Granted, much of it is being flushed down the toilet in Iraq but there's plenty left to develop "cool" stuff like death rays, etc.
