I'm fighting off a pretty nasty cold. My voice is back -- mostly -- but I'm sneezing and sort of light-headed. I took yesterday off from work and got sent home today, much to my relief.

There's something especially demeaning about catching a bug. I mean, to know that my body has been casually appropriated by some string of virulent code that biologists hesitate to even consider "alive."

Anyway, nothing some raspberry tea can't help.
