Six-Hour UFO Sighting Over Milan

The story was covered on Italian Television and in the news media, and the conclusion was drawn that the objects were unexplained. Unlike the Phoenix lights, however, there were no US military bases in the area that could issue false claims of dropping flares, so the objects at this time remain a pure unknown.

Still waiting for the St. Louis Lights.

No one takes the Stealth Blimp story from a few years ago seriously, but unfortunately we do have an Air Force Base nearby

Frankly, I think they look like hot air balloons and so does, er, the description....

If the things were there for 6 hours why weren't they chased of by military aircraft? With all the terrorists alerts at present, its impossible for unknown objects to remain stationary over Europe without being challenged.
