Pickover rules! I have his book on magic squares, cubes, stars, etc., and continue to find it an amazing collection. I shoulda knowed he has a great blog (several actually -- Galactic Questions looks intriguing too) but didn't until now! Thanx, Mac!

I'm *massively* ashamed to admit I haven't read any of Pickover's offline writings. But that will change. He actually dropped me an email not long ago re. his latest, which looks like a trip.

(The man's a blogging fool, too -- in a good way, of course. He's embraced the medium and run with it.)
